李耀堅為澳門執業大律師，自2023年起擔任律師業高等委員會委員， 擁有多年民事及刑事訴訟代理經驗，長期擔任澳門多家企業及社團的法律顧問，擅長為客戶提供實務法律咨詢與風險管理方案，以專業助力解決複雜法律問題。
在訴訟領域，代理過多宗民事、刑事及行政案件，尤其擅長處理複雜訴訟爭議。此外，曾多次協助澳門企業參與投標及招標項目，草擬各類民事及商務合同，並提供法律風險評估意見。
李耀堅亦為粵港澳大灣區律師，於廣東卓凡律師事務所執業，在獲准執業範圍內辦理內地民商事法律事務，並結合澳門執業經驗，為客戶提供跨境法律支援。
Henrique Lei is a lawyer practising in Macau and has been a member of the Superior Council of Advocacy since 2023. Mr. Lei has many years of experience in civil and criminal litigation and has long served as legal counsel for numerous enterprises and organizations in Macau. Specializing in practical legal consultation and risk management solutions, he leverages his expertise to help clients navigate complex legal challenges.
In litigation, he has represented clients in a wide range of civil, criminal, and administrative cases, with a particular focus on resolving intricate disputes. Additionally, he has extensive experience assisting Macau-based companies in tender and bidding processes, drafting various civil and commercial contracts, and providing legal risk assessment advice.
Henrique Lei also practises as a Greater Bay Area lawyer with Guangdong Zhuofan Law Firm, handling Mainland civil and commercial legal matters within his authorised scope of practice. Combining this role with his experience in Macau, he provides legal support for clients’ cross-border matters.

黃清閣實習律師 Alvina Wong | Trainee Lawyer
黃清閣於2022年在澳門大學法學院取得法學士學位（中葡雙語授課），自2023年起澳門律師公會註冊成為實習律師。
她曾協助處理樓宇買賣、抵押及租賃事務、設立公司及成立社團等事宜，業務主要涉及民事訴訟、刑法訴訟及行政訴訟等事宜。
Wong Cheng Kok, Alvina, obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Law (conducted in Chinese and Portuguese) from the University of Macau in 2022 and has been registered as a trainee lawyer with the Macau Lawyers Association since 2023.
She has assisted in handling matters related to the sale and purchase, mortgage, and leasing of real estate, as well as the registration of companies and the establishment of associations. Her practice primarily focuses on civil, criminal, and administrative litigation and related matters.
